Ceremonies and portraits can move indoors to climate‑controlled ballrooms or covered terraces. Staff can flip spaces quickly and provide shaded or cooled staging for summer events.
Select on‑course photo locations are available with advance approval and an escort. Access depends on tee times and course maintenance. The 17th may require specific timing and restrictions.
Most weddings run 5 to 6 hours from guest arrival to send‑off, with amplified music ending by venue curfew. Overtime may be available by request and contract.
TPC Sawgrass maintains a preferred list for seamless setup. Outside vendors are welcome with advance approval, insurance, and compliance with venue guidelines.
On‑site parking is available, and valet or shuttle service can be added. Ride‑share drop zones are coordinated in the timeline and map for guest communications.
